Pricing

Start with the Core. Build up from there.

Every course runs the same Core: the tee sheet, online tee times and the built-in Golf POS. One provider, one phone call, one company, so there is one number to call whenever you want help. Then you choose how much of the operation runs on it.

  • Month to month
  • Cancel anytime
  • Setup and migration at no charge
  • 100% U.S. based support

What does your course run?

70% of courses use about 30% of the system they pay for.

That number is why we ask two questions before we show you a price. A course that is handed the whole system on day one learns the part it needed and pays for the rest, so we would sooner put the pieces a course like yours actually uses in front of you and let you take it from there.

And when that is already your course, we do one of two things: schedule the training that puts the rest of it to work, or take it off the bill. Our preference is the training. You are already paying for it, so let us teach it to you. There is no cap on it either: training is unlimited and free for as long as you are with us, and you book it yourself through the training scheduler. Ask for a refresher when you hire for the season, or an hour to kick ideas around with Bay Paul and the team.

Two questions. Answer the first and we will sort the pieces a course your size usually runs to the top of the list, with one price at the bottom. You start on the Core, and what gets added on top of it is yours to choose.

1 · Which course are we building this for?

Hole count is how we know which pieces to put in front of you. It sets the Core price, and what your course runs on top of it does the rest.

Pick one and the rest of the page fills itself in.

2 · What does it need to do?

The pieces an 18-hole course usually runs are at the top of the list. Tick the ones your course actually runs and the price follows.

TeeWire has been very easy to use, and even in our first year using tee time software, our employees were able to learn the system quickly. It has made our booking process much more efficient and gives me the ability to manage our tee books even when I’m not in the pro shop. I also really appreciate their responsiveness when we have questions or need help.

How we price

You pay for the work your course makes.

Three of the pieces above ask you a question before they price: how many members you carry, how big your email list is, and what your website has to do. A club with seven hundred members on statements is a different job from a nine-hole with ten members, and the price says so. Everything else is the same Core at the same published number.

Crawl, then walk, then run.

Start on the Core and get it right: tee times filling, staff off the phone. A course that takes one piece at a time learns each of them. Add the next when the operation asks for it, on the month you decide.

One login

Every piece snaps onto the Core.

Marketing, the course website, ecommerce, banquets and online registration are pieces that snap onto the Core and share the same golfer record. One login covers all of them, and one company answers for all of them. Take one, take a few, or take all of it.

  • One golfer record across the tee sheet, the register and the statement
  • One login for staff, with per-user permission levels
  • One company to call, and the people who build it answer
  • Add or drop a piece month to month as the season changes

What the whole system covers is set out on our page explaining what a golf management system is.

Switching

Simple is the whole product.

You have changed systems before, so you know what that week normally asks of you. This one asks for one email. We build the course on our side and hand it over ready to open, and we do the work rather than your staff. The full white glove migration is included at no charge.

  1. You send what you have

Your current tee sheet, your rate card, your member list. One email, and your part is done.

  2. We build your course

Rates, booking rules, member types and menus, all configured by us on our side while you keep running the season.

  3. We train your staff

Live training with your team on your own tee sheet before you open on it, and again whenever you ask. It is unlimited and free for as long as you are with us, and you book it yourself through the training scheduler. Seasonal staff turn over, and the training comes back every season.

  4. You open on it

You open one morning and keep going, and we are on the phone with you through your first weekend.

What your staff learns

They learn one screen. The tee sheet is the register, on one login and one set of records, so the counter, the grill and the phone are all the same software. We train them ourselves, in person on your own tee sheet, and we come back every season as the crew changes.

What clients are saying

Golf course operators who moved their course onto TeeWire, in their own words.

How I wished I found this years ago. Fast and simple to use. When the pandemic hit we were required to have mandatory tee times and this fit the bill. Being a busy daily fee nine hole course we do all the bookings over the phone maximizing all the available time slots.
